ProgeClubTV - proudly present - elävää kuvaa ja ääntä

A good vernal breese!
We will turn a new leaf and speek english only.
Firs we go pack early seventies. Some of us can remember band of name
Quicksilver Messenger Service - their singe named call Fresh Air 04:50 - Live at the Fillmore in 1972. A Guitar by John Cipollina whose style was quite unique with the charismatic rocker and singer Dino Valente. As a matter of fact the band had its most recognizable about this single Fresh Air,

What do you think about this great live moment from 1969?
Quicksilver Messenger Service, Mona 6:20

And then: Welsh Rock Band MAN, one of the world´ s most underrated progressive rock band, performing Live at the Rex in Lorsch, Germany.
The Man band first came together as the Bystanders in 1964. The band were one of many pop bands in the sixties that were trying to climb the ladder of success and managed to release many singles during the period between 1964 and 1968. The band became Man when Deke Leonard from another Welsh band The Dream joined and the band signed to Pye records. The music that the Man band performed however was very much removed from the pop sensibilities of The Bystanders and more in keeping with the West Coast sound of American bands such as The Quicksilver Messenger Service. The band would record two albums for Pye (Revelation and 2ozs Of Plastic With A Hole In The Middle) before leaving the label to sign with the more progressively minded Liberty records in 1970 and were to remain with the label until 1976 when they signed with MCA.

MAN 7171 551 09.37.

And some preview of forthcoming DVD "Man - Christmas at the Patti 2004"
Man - Many Are Called But Few Get Up 09:59

And then back to seventies ..Man - Babe I'm Gonna Leave 04:51 maybe is something like Fresh Air - becouse this song the original version played lead cuitar by John Cipollina!

Led Zeppelin - Stairway To Heaven (Live), 11:09.

At last something special only for the diggers:
